photoWe like bread with our dinner… Well at least I do, Hubz could really care less unless it’s beans and rice.

Anywho, I found this awesome recipe for dinner rolls- yes, real, pillowy dinner rolls- that literally takes 30 minutes. Prep, wait and bake time… 30 minutes… No joke business!

I can’t remember exactly where I found it but, here it is. You can thank me later ?
30 minute dinner rolls

•1 cup plus 2 T warm water
•2 T instant yeast
•1/3 c oil
•2 T sugar
•3 1/2-4 cups unbleached flour
•1 t salt
•1 egg

Preheat your oven to 400 degrees. Mix flour, yeast, sugar and salt. In a seperate bowl, mix egg, oil and water.
Combine wet and dry mixtures until well combined and doughy. Break dough into 12 equal pieces and roll into balls. You can go smaller if you’d like but for standard dinner roll size, stick with 12. Place your rolls on a greased 9×13 pan. Let your rolls rest for about 10 minutes. Bake for 10 minutes. Half way through baking, a light brush of butter will give you that beautiful brown top!

I like to slather mine in homemade honey butter! So good!!
